Counter-Notices
If your content was removed for copyright reasons and you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice with your contact information, the removed content URL, a statement under penalty of perjury that removal was a mistake or misidentification, consent to jurisdiction where legally required, and your physical or electronic signature.
Repeat Infringers
Accounts that repeatedly infringe copyrights may be suspended or terminated.
